Our Team

Luke has over 25 years of experience in pharmaceutical analysis and contract laboratory testing, including over 20 years in laboratory operations senior management positions. During his career, Luke isolated a novel biomarker with the potential for diagnosing pre-diabetes and led the team responsible for fully characterizing that marker, leading to a patent in early 2016. He has developed supercritical fluid instrumentation, HPLC, and mass spectrometry technology for the analysis and purification of drug-like compounds. Luke has a B.Sc. in Chemistry and Management, as well as a Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry.

Rick has over 25 years of human resource and training experience. His experience spans several industries including: real estate development, beauty, health care, transportation, and manufacturing. Rick holds an M.S. in Human Resource Development and a B.S. in Business Management, both from Indiana State University. Rick holds SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications and is a member of SHRM and ATD.

John has been in a sales role for over 30 years with 15 years dedicated to Medical Device Testing. Though John has a B.S. in Sales and Marketing at Indiana University and an MBA from Duke University, his real interest has always been in Biological Sciences, with a great passion for anatomy. Being able to work with Medical Device Manufacturers in developing and bringing new devices to market allows John to combine his business experience with his love and interest in anatomy. John’s wife experienced a ruptured brain aneurysm in 2019 and was given a 50/50 chance to live. The devices and technologies developed by Medical Device Manufacturers saved her life. John truly appreciates his role with Eurofins and will always be thankful, supportive, and an advocate for companies dedicated to improving patient’s lives.
