Submit a Sample
Each sample submitted to Infinity Laboratories must be accompanied by a Sample Submission form and the appropriate labels, documentation, and instructions for testing.
Download, complete, and submit the form corresponding to the site conducting your tests.
Samples are received Monday through Friday (excluding company-recognized holidays) during each facility’s operating hours.
