Joe has over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical contract testing industry. Prior to joining Infinity in 2022, Joe served as President of Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing in Columbia, MO, for over six years. He has extensive leadership experience in laboratory, quality, and project management for clients spanning pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device markets. Joe holds a B.S. in Chemistry from Missouri Southern State University.

Luke has over 25 years of experience in pharmaceutical analysis and contract laboratory testing, including over 20 years in laboratory operations senior management positions. During his career, Luke isolated a novel biomarker with the potential for diagnosing pre-diabetes and led the team responsible for fully characterizing that marker, leading to a patent in early 2016. He has developed supercritical fluid instrumentation, HPLC, and mass spectrometry technology for the analysis and purification of drug-like compounds. Luke has a B.Sc. in Chemistry and Management, as well as a Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry.

Hank has over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical services industry, including 12 years in commercial leadership roles. Initially a research scientist at Bristol-Myers Squibb, he has spent most of his career in business development, marketing, and account management, with organizations such as DSM, Patheon, Metabolon, and CoreRx. Hank holds a BS in Biology from Fairfield University and graduate degrees in Science and Business Management from Wesleyan University and the University of Hartford.

Rick has over 25 years of human resource and training experience. His experience spans several industries including: real estate development, beauty, health care, transportation, and manufacturing. Rick holds an M.S. in Human Resource Development and a B.S. in Business Management, both from Indiana State University. Rick holds SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications and is a member of SHRM and ATD.

Drew joined Infinity in 2022 with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and the broader finance industry. Prior to joining Infinity, he helped build Great Lakes Dental Partners into a multi-state dental platform. Drew started his career at Stout, a global investment bank. He is a CFA charterholder with dual B.S. degrees in Finance and Accounting from the University of Illinois.
